叙事医学视角下全科医生沟通能力的提升策略

Strategies on the Improvement of General Practitioner’s Communication Ability from the Perspective of Narrative Medicine

全科医生是基层医疗的中坚力量,其职责是为社区居民提供长期、稳定、个性化的医疗保健服务。作为健康中国战略的主力军,全科医生肩负着居民健康管理的重任,其医患沟通能力的强弱不仅直接反映了他们医学人文素质的高低,而且直接影响基层医疗服务的质量和居民的健康指数。从叙事医学视角出发,介绍了叙事医学的概念,分析了全科门诊医患沟通存在的主要问题,进而阐述叙事医学应用于提升全科医生沟通能力的必要性以及具体路径。旨在为研究医患沟通能力提供新的视角,为从源头上缓解医患矛盾、构建和谐医患关系打下坚实的理论基础,最终促进我国基层医疗卫生事业的可持续发展,推动健康中国的建设。

General practitioners(GP)are the backbone of primary care,whose responsibility is to provide the community with long-term,stable and personalized health care services.As the main force of Healthy China Strategy,GP shoulder the responsibility of residents’health management.The doctor-patient communication ability of GP not only directly reflects their medical humanistic quality,but also directly affects the quality of basic medical services and the health index of residents.This paper introduced the concept of narrative medicine and analyzed the main problems in doctor-patient communication in general outpatient department from the perspective of narrative medicine,finally expounded the necessity and specific paths of the application of narrative medicine to improving the communication ability of GP.Aimed to provide a new perspective for the research of doctor-patient communication ability,and lay a solid theoretical foundation for alleviating doctor-patient contradiction from the source and constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and finally promote the sustainable development of China’s primary care undertakings and the construction of Healthy China.
