变压吸附控制系统的开发与投运

摘要 结合实际项目,分析变压吸附装置的工艺流程和工艺步序,根据工艺提出的复杂控制功能要求,开发设计变压吸附自控系统(共4类控制策略:简单调节系统,为实现工艺步序而设计的复杂程序控制系统,重点研究开发基于故障诊断的多塔运行切换专家控制系统,为适应原料变化和产品组分变化的自适应控制系统)。由于本项目中装置复杂的工艺特点和高级控制要求,相对同类型装置,投运过程困难很多,为此结合开车调试数据提出了投运调整建议,为同类型装置的复杂控制提供借鉴。 Through analyzing technological process and stages in the process and considering functional requirements of complex control asked by the process conditions, a pressure swing adsorption(PSA) autocontrol system was developed(four control strategies, i.e. the simple control system, the complex program control system designed to realize the process stages, the expert control system for the multi-towerswitchover based on the fault diagnosis, and the adaptive control system adapted to materials variation and changes of product components). Considering complex process and advanced control requirements of the project where difficulties exist in the operation compared with the similar PSA equipment, the commissioning suggestions for PSA equipment based on the debugging data were proposed to provide the reference for complex control of the same types of equipment.
