在信息化时代,我国正处于社会转型时期,为了能够提高政府部门的行政能力,达到业务流程的优化以及更高的服务质量,需要建设好电子政务系统,利用现代化信息技术来达到更好的改革实践效果。论文旨在对电子政务环境下政府流程再造进行研究,探究在电子政务环境下的政府公共管理办法以及可操作性的解决问题措施途径。

In the information age,China is in the period of social transformation.In order to improve the administrative ability of government departments,achieve the optimization of business processes and higher service quality,it is necessary to build a good e-government system and use modern information technology to achieve better reform practice results.The purpose of this paper is to study the government process reengineering in the e-government environment,and to explore the government public management methods and operational solutions in the e-government environment.
