摘要
论文重点分析建筑成本控制中的全面预算管理,结合其基本的涵义及特征,分析工作实践中应该遵循的基本原则,正视现阶段全面预算管理存在的主要问题,拟定合理的措施加以解决,保证全面预算管理为建筑行业的长远发展作出积极贡献。
This paper especially analyzes the comprehensive budget management in the construction cost control,combined with its basic meaning and characteristics,analyzes the basic principles that should be followed in the work practice,correctly examines the main problems existing in the comprehensive budget management at this stage,and formulates reasonable measures to solve them,so as to ensure that the comprehensive budget management makes positive contributions to the long-term development of the construction industry.
