摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视人力资源管理工作。尤其是在国家去产能政策下,更加突出人力资源管理的重要性。为了进一步提升人力资源管理作用,根据实际情况使其积极配合煤矿管理部门,从制度和操作体系上着手对煤矿关闭退出或转型进行监管,优化基础资源管理方案,做好针对性应急准备。因此,论文主要针对人力资源管理在煤矿关闭退出或转型中的作用进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the country pays more and more attention to human resources management work.Especially under the national policy of cutting production capacity,the importance of human resources management is highlighted.In order to further enhance the role of human resources management,it should actively cooperate with the coal mine management department according to the actual situation,start from the system and operating system to supervise the exit or transformation of coal mines,optimize the basic resource management plan,and make targeted emergency preparedness.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the role of human resources management in the exit or transformation of coal mine,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
