浅析信息系统开发的项目风险管理

Analysis of the Project Risk Management of Information System Development

近年来,信息技术不断创新,信息化正以更快的速度推进生产力的发展。作为信息化主体的计算机信息系统无论是内容、规模、深度和广度,还是技术、工具、业务和流程都在不断地发展和创新。信息系统项目开发的复杂程度也是与日俱增,风险管理变得愈加重要,项目风险管理在整个项目管理中起着至关重要的作用。基于此,论文针对风险管理在信息系统项目开发中的作用进行了研究,分析了信息系统开发的主要风险因素,并从信息系统项目管理的角度介绍了风险管理过程,包括风险管理规划、风险识别、风险分析、风险应对以及风险监测和控制。

In recent years,with the continuous innovation of information technology,informatization is promoting the development of productivity at a faster speed.As the main body of informatization,computer information system is constantly developing and innovating in terms of content,scale,depth and breadth,as well as technology,tools,business and process.The complexity of information system project development is increasing day by day.Risk management becomes more and more important.Project risk management plays an important role in the whole project management.Based on this,this paper studies the role of risk management in information system project development,analyzes the main risk factors of information system development,and introduces the risk management process from the perspective of information system project management,including risk management planning,risk identification,risk analysis,risk response,risk monitoring and control.
