近年来,随着我国医疗队伍的不断壮大,医疗事业的不断发展,医院财务预算管理问题也越来越引起重视。医院是国家比较重要的服务机构,财务管理是医院经济运转的命脉。医院加强财务预算管理,合理控制医疗成本,才能够保证医院的经济效益。论文主要分析了医院财务预算管理问题,并根据出现的问题提出相应的解决策略。

In recent years,with the continuous growth of China’s medical team and the continuous development of medical undertakings,hospital financial budget management problem has also attracted more and more attention.The hospital is a relatively important service organization of the country,and financial management is the lifeblood of the hospital’s economic operation.Hospital should strengthen financial budget management and rationally control medical costs to ensure the hospital’s economic benefits.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of hospital financial budget management,and puts forward corresponding solution strategies according to the problems.
