This paper combs some problems in the process of material purchasing,analyzes the work execution of purchasing department from the perspective of internal management of the company,expounds the influence of the quality and function of grass-roots personnel in the process,explains the internal problems appeared in management process and purchasing plan,puts forward some measures to control the purchasing process,analyzes the processing of business data and the implementation of change plan,and expounds the material purchasing and material management of execution management.
