摘要
在现代化社会经济快速发展中,传统的房地产行业得到了长远发展,很多中小型房地产业应运而生,在房地产企业发展中,管理部门缺乏对人力资源管理工作,尤其是薪酬激励的重视,引发了一系列问题。论文主要针对薪酬激励在房地产行业中的应用进行了分析。
In the rapid development of modern social economy,the traditional real estate industry has achieved long-term development,and many small and medium-sized real estate industries have emerged at the historic moment.In the development of real estate enterprises,the management department lacks attention to human resources management,especially salary incentive,which has led to a series of problems.This paper mainly analyzes the application of salary incentive in the real estate industry.
