128层螺旋CT三维重建技术在四肢骨折中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨128层螺旋CT三维重建技术在四肢骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:我们收集212例患者经128层螺旋CT、手术或手法复位证实的影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果:212例患者中,单发骨折125例,多发骨折87例,粉碎性骨折57例。骨折部位:肱骨骨折15例,尺骨骨折8例,桡骨骨折35例,腕骨骨折6例,手掌骨及指骨骨折18例,股骨颈骨折43例,股骨干骨折23例,髌骨骨折5例,胫骨平台骨折19例,胫腓骨骨折28例,脚跖骨及趾骨骨折9例,跗骨骨折3例。结论:四肢骨折中我们采用128层螺旋CT三维重建技术,均获得了满意的图像效果,均能清晰显示骨折的部位、走形、骨折范围、类型及骨折块的移位情况,骨折后复位及内固定置入物质量评价等,128层螺旋CT三维重建技术可以明显提高四肢骨折的诊断阳性率。 Objective:To evaluate the value of 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of limb fractures.Methods:The data of 212 patients confirmed by 128-slice spiral CT,surgery or manual reduction were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of the 212 cases,125 were Single-shot firearm fractures,87 were multiple fractures,and 57 were bone fracture fractures.Fracture site:15 cases of humerus fracture,8 cases of ulna fracture,35 cases of radius fracture,6 cases of wrist fracture,18 cases of metacarpal and Phalange Fracture,43 cases of femoral neck fracture,23 cases of femoral shaft fracture,5 cases of Patella fracture,19 cases of tibial plateau fracture There were 28 cases of tibiofibular fracture,9 cases of metatarsal and Phalange Fracture and 3 cases of tarsal fracture.Conclusion:Using 128-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in limb fractures,we can obtain satisfactory image results,and can clearly show the fracture location,the shape,the fracture range,the type and the displacement of the fracture pieces Three-dimensional reconstruction of 128-slice spiral CT can improve the positive rate of diagnosis of fracture of limbs.
