超声心动图在肺动脉吊带患儿中应用价值误诊率分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Echocardiography in Children with Pulmonary Artery Sling

目的:探讨超声心动图在肺动脉吊带(PAS)患儿中的应用价值及误诊率。方法:选取2017年5月~2019年1月广东省第二人民医院收治的高度疑似肺动脉吊带患儿共30例作为研究对象,采用超声心动图检查诊断,以CT血管增强成像(computed tomography angiography,CTA)结果为金标准,观察超声心动图诊断PAS的准确率。结果:CTA诊断显示,30例患儿中,5例确诊为PAS;超声心动图诊断得出30例患儿中6例为PAS,PAS筛查诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PAS病变类型诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);超声心动图诊断PAS敏感度、特异度、漏诊率及误诊率与CTA诊断比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声心动图筛查诊断PAS准确性较高,漏诊、误诊率低,有推广应用价值。

Objective:to discuss application value and misdiagnosis rate of echocardiography in children with Pulmonary Artery Sling.Methods:30 cases patients in children who were highly diagnosed with Pulmonary Artery Sling treated by Guangdong Second People′s Hospital from May in 2017 to January in 2019 were selected as studying objects,the hospital used echocardiography to investigate and diagnose,taking the result of computed tomography angiography as gold standard,and observing the precision of echocardiography in diagnosing Pulmonary Artery Sling.Results:as shown in the computed tomography angiography diagnosis,5 cases were diagnosed with Pulmonary Artery Sling among the 30 cases patients in children;there were 6 cases among the 30 cases patients in children diagnosed with Pulmonary Artery Sling by echocardiography,screened diagnosis precision by Pulmonary Artery Sling showed no significant differences(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in Pulmonary Artery Sling different types of lesions of diagnosis precision(P>0.05);comparing Pulmonary Artery Sling sensitivity,specificity,omission diagnose rate and misdiagnosis rate of echocardiography diagnosis with CTA diagnosis showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:the precision screened and diagnosed Pulmonary Artery Sling by echocardiography is more higher,both the omission diagnose rate and the misdiagnosis rate are more lower,which has the application value.
