以语言评价专业化建设推动教育评价改革

Promoting Reform in Educational Assessment through the Development of Professionalization of Language Assessment

为落实中央全面深化改革委员会第十四次会议审议通过的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,评价领域自身的专业化建设至关重要。以语言测试的专业化建设为例,从提高语言测试相关人员的评价素养和加快制定适合我国国情的外语考试质量标准2个方面提出建设性意见。

The initiative of enhancing"four forms of assessment", i.e., outcome-based assessment, process-based assessment, value-added assessment, and comprehensive assessment, is in keeping with the requirements of the new era. The argument made in this paper is that one way to advance the reform in educational assessment is the development of professionalization of the field. Focusing on language assessment, the author contends that it is both important and necessary to develop assessment literacy of the stake-holders, especially language instructors, and to develop standards of professional competence and for language testing practice that are appropriate for the Chinese context.
