摘要
教育评价关乎教育发展方向,中央全面深化改革委员会第十四次会议审议通过的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》提出改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价、健全综合评价,即"四个评价",其核心价值表现为有利于破解"五唯"顽瘴痼疾,促进立德树人教育根本任务落实,推进基础教育质量监测。为落实"四个评价",需要:1)拓展评价内容,注重结果评价的客观性;2)构建评价思路,强化过程评价的可行性;3)完善评价方式,提升增值评价的合理性;4)建立评价监督制度,保障综合评价的公平性。
Educational evaluation is of great significance in guiding education development. The Overall Plan for Deepening the Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era deliberated and adopted at the 14 th Meeting of Commission for Deepening Overall Reform of the CPC Central Committee proposes"Four Evaluations", that is, to improve the evaluation of outcomes, to strengthen the evaluation process, to explore value-added evaluation, and to promote comprehensive evaluation. Its core value is to help resolve the"Five Only"stubborn disease, foster virtue through education, and advance quality monitoring of basic education. To implement the"Four Evaluations", we need to widen the content of evaluation and focus on the objectivity of outcome evaluation, to construct evaluation frameworks and strengthen the feasibility of process evaluation, to perfect the evaluation mode and enhance the rationality of value-added evaluation, and to establish evaluation supervision system and guarantee the fairness of comprehensive evaluation.
