摘要
针对中央全面深化改革委员会第十四次会议审议通过的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》提出的教育评价改革方向,分析过程评价、综合评价和增值评价在英语教学评价中的必要性,提出改进评价方式的可操作手段——电子档案袋。电子档案袋的优势有:1)可以全面记录学生整个学习过程,锻炼学生的反思能力和评价能力,提升学习能力;2)可以全面记录学生的语言能力、思维品质、文化意识和学习能力4个维度的英语学科素养发展状况;3)教师、学校和教育管理部门可以参照电子档案袋的数据,宏观调控教学策略;4)教育管理部门还可以使用增值评价,实现更公平的教学评价和更均衡的教学资源分配,提高教师和学校的教学信心和教学积极性。
Various approaches of assessment were put forward in The Overall Plan for Deepening the Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era, including summative assessment, formative assessment, value-added assessment, and comprehensive assessment. This article first illustrates the necessity of these types of assessment in English learning and teaching, followed by relevant analysis of how these types of assessment can be implemented.Practising e-portfolios can be one possible way to carry out formative assessment and comprehensive assessment effectively. When using e-portfolios, students need to participate in the whole process of English learning: setting learning objectives and success criteria, collecting learning evidence, conducting self-assessment and peer assessment, making self-reflection, and readjusting learning strategies. Thanks to the students’ active engagement in the whole process, their ability in self-assessment and self-reflection can be cultivated. Therefore, their learning autonomy and learning ability will be improved. With the help of e-portfolios, students can collect and organize comprehensive English learning evidence in terms of language ability, thinking ability, cultural awareness and learning ability. Feedback from peers and teachers can help students analyse their strengths and weaknesses, and set appropriate further learning objectives for themselves.
