摘要
以某三甲综合医院为例,利用PDCA循环,分析了耗占比高的原因并提出了针对性的改进措施,对实施的结果进行了分析,并提出了下一步改进计划。
Taking a top general hospital as an example,using the PDCA cycle,it analyzes the reasons for the high consumption ratio and proposes targeted improvement measures.It analyzes the results of the implementation and puts forward further improvement plan.
