随着“冰上丝绸之路”建设对全球航运和国际贸易重大影响的日益显现,我国应调整产业空间布局。通过测度确定黑龙江省对接“冰上丝绸之路”的产业承接梯度,并依托产业基础、资源环境承载能力等因素提出哈尔滨重点承接产业以及县域经济发展方向,进而提出了“冰上丝绸之路”背景下推进哈尔滨产业空间布局优化的对策建议:深化与省内其他地区分开合作,统筹城乡产业布局,促进融合发展。

As the construction of the"Ice Silk Road"has an increasingly significant impact on global shipping and international trade,Chinese industrial spatial layout will inevitably be adjusted to the north.The article determines the industrial undertaking gradient of Heilongjiang Province docking the"Ice Silk Road"through measurement.Proposing the key undertaking industries of the central city Harbin and the development direction of county economy based on factors such as industrial foundation,resource and environmental carrying capacity.Then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimization of Harbin's industrial spatial layout under the background of"Ice Silk Road".
