粤港澳大湾区建设背景下广东民办高校国贸专业发展路径研究

粤港澳大湾区建设对广东省民办高校国贸专业人才提出了新的要求,但广东民办高校国贸专业在课程体系设置和师资方面存在诸多问题限制了人才的发展。在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延的背景下,将部分线下课程转移到线上,利用网络资源保障国贸专业人才培养的连续性。通过加大实践教学的比例、强化分级教学与情景教学、调整课程设置,同时通过优化师资结构、提高教师待遇等措施优化广东民办高校国贸专业发展路径。

The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has put forward new requirements for the professional talents of private colleges in Guangdong Province.However,there are many problems in the curriculum system and teacher faculty of Guangdong private colleges in international trade major,which restrict the development of talents.In the context of the global spread of the Novel coronavirus epidemic,some offline courses have been transferred to online,and network resources have been used to ensure the continuity of teaching.increasing the proportion of practical teaching,strengthening graded teaching and situational teaching,adjusting the curriculum setting,optimizing the teacher structure,reducing the proportion of part-time teachers,and improving the treatment of teachers is indispensable to optimize the Guangdong private university international trade major.
