代驾人员的工作生活现状及对策研究

Research on the Working and Living Status and Countermeasures of Agent Drivers

随着“喝酒不开车、开车不喝酒”安全意识深入人心,代驾行业整体呈良性发展。代驾人员作为行业的第一线,其工作及生活状态直接影响到他们的择业流动性、工作热情、工作绩效,更与代驾行业的发展息息相关。为此,选择福建省代驾人员为调查对象,以福州市、厦门市、泉州市三个代表市区的问卷与访谈数据为基础,结合文献查阅法,梳理目前代驾人员工作和生活现状及存在问题。研究表明:代驾人员存在着人员流动性高、生活作息不规律、行业标准约束较弱、薪资福利水平偏低等问题。在此基础上,分别从员工培训、健康保障、监管主体、薪酬福利四个环节提出建设性的对策建议,以构建稳定的公司与员工关系,从而促进代驾行业健康有序发展。

With the safety consciousness of"drinking not driving,driving not drinking"deeply rooted in the hearts of people,the whole driving industry shows a benign development.As the first line of the industry,the working and living conditions of agent drivers directly affect their job mobility,work enthusiasm and work performance,and are closely related to the development of the industry.For this reason,this paper selects agent drivers in Fujian Province as the investigation object,based on the questionnaire and interview data of three representative urban areas of Fuzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou,and combined with the method of literature review,combing the current working and living status and existing problems of agent drivers.The research shows that there are problems such as high staff mobility,irregular life schedule,weak constraints of industry standards,and low level of salary and welfare.On this basis,this paper will put forward constructive countermeasures from the four aspects of staff training,health care,supervision,compensation and welfare.Build a stable relationship between the company and employees,so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the driving industry.
