摘要
抽油机井油管内结蜡会导致摩擦载荷增大,所以在上冲程时悬点载荷增大,下冲程时悬点载荷减小。因此,跟踪分析抽油机井悬点交变载荷,能很好地判断厂、矿、队的热洗清防蜡工作状况。通过分析单井悬点交变载荷变化规律,优化热洗周期,并对悬点载荷变化较大的油井进行热洗清蜡。利用抽油机载荷变化情况管理热洗,可以掌控热洗效果,降低悬点载荷。通过现场试验,平均抽油机井悬点载荷下降9.73 kN,有功功率降低2.68 kW,年节约电费5 574元。
Wax deposit in the tubing of pumping well will increase the friction load, so the suspension load increases in the up stroke and decreases in the down stroke. Therefore, tracking and analyzing the alternate load of the suspension point of the pumping well can well judge the thermal cleaning and paraffin prevention working condition of the plant, mine and team;by analyzing the variation law of the alternate load of the suspension point of the single well,optimize the hot cleaning cycle, and conduct the thermal cleaning and paraffin removal for the oil well with large change of the suspension point load. Using the load change of pumping unit to manage the hot washing can control the effect of hot washing and reduce the load of suspension point. In the field test, the average suspended load of the pumping well is reduced by 9.73 kN,the active power is reduced by 2.68 kW,and the annual electricity cost is saved by 5 574 yuan.
