摘要 大庆油田采油九厂龙某联合站原油处理系统采用电脱水工艺,存在老化油影响系统稳定运行的问题,为实现老化油处理,首先开展了老化油组成分析研究,观察了乳化情况,测定了界面强度,检测了双电层电位,分析了杂质成分及含量,在此基础上进行了热化学处理老化油的药剂筛选和处理参数室内实验,提出了大庆外围油田热化学处理老化油的工艺及参数。按照室内实验结论,通过多次现场试验,进一步摸索确定最佳工艺及参数为加热温度75℃,加药量200 mg/L,处理后含水率在0.1%~1%,从而验证了热化学处理老化油工艺的可行性。投入运行5个月,已回收原油约1 200 t,并减少老化油反复加热的耗气量约0.5×104m^3。 The crude oil treatment system of Longmou central processing station of No.9 Oil Production Plant in DaqingOilfield adopts the electric dehydration process, and there is a problem that the aging oil affects the stable operation of the system.In order to realize the aging oil treatment, the composition analysis of the aging oil is first carried out, the emulsification condition is observed, and the interface strength is measured, and the electric double layer potential is measured, and the impurity composition and content are analyzed.On the basis, the indoor screening of the chemical screening and processing parameters of the thermochemical treatment of aging oil is carried out.The process and parameters of thermochemical treatment of aging oil in Daqing peripheral oil field are proposed.According to the conclusion of the laboratory experiment, through multiple field tests, he best process and parameters were determined to be the heating temperature of 75 ℃, and the dosing amount was 200 ppm.The moisture content after treatment is less than 1%, and the lowest is 0.12%, thereby verifying the feasibility of thermochemical treatment of aging oil process. After 5 months operation, about 1200 t of crude oil has been recovered, and the air consumption of reheating aging oil has been reduced by about 0.5×10~4 m^3.
