摘要
A油田地处偏远,抽油机井分布点多面广,依靠人工巡检存在着巡检周期长、问题参数跟踪发现不及时;因天气原因,大范围停机后再次启机耗时久、部分井无法顺利启抽等问题,影响后续开发运行分析、处置措施进一步实施。针对上述问题,以生产运行为核心,以标准化管理为手段,以故障监测智能管理为依托、以后台数据分析管理为保障,简化监测流程、达到减少生产用工,缩短保障时间,健全管理体系,提升开发效益的目标。
The A Oilfield is located in a remote area, and the distribution points of the pumping unit are extensive. Depending on manual on-site Inspection, will cause long cycle, error data is found not in time;Because of the weather, it takes a long time to restart the pumping unit after a large area power failure, and some wells problems such as the failure to start the pump smoothly affect the subsequent development and operation analysis and disposal measures to be further implemented. In response to the above problems, with production operation as the core,standardized management as the means, fault monitoring intelligent management as the basis,and data analysis management as the guarantee, to achieve the purpose of simplifying monitoring process, reducing production labor intensity, shortening guarantee time, improving management system and improving efficiency.
