摘要
针对螺杆泵井停机后杆柱扭矩无法释放或释放过快引起"飞轮"、"飞杆"等安全问题,开展了老旧螺杆泵井驱动设备安全改造工作。采用"双释放液压防反转装置"及"多重保险防反转控制装置",结合施工过程中将光杆防掉帽下平面与方卡子上平面实现零距离等措施,对存在安全问题的地面装置进行改造,降低设备运行风险。目前共改造安装液压防反转装置209套、多重保险防反转控制装置22套、直驱驱动装置50套,并在353口井上采取了将光杆防掉帽下平面与方卡子上平面实现零距离等措施。通过对螺杆泵井驱动设备进行优化改造,可实现杆柱扭矩缓慢释放,杜绝了"飞轮"现象,避免了人员伤亡。单井年减少检泵费用约9.05万元,最终创经济效益1 715.85万元,社会效益及经济效益明显,这为油田生产安全平稳运行提供了技术支持和保障。
In order to solve the safety problems of "flywheel" and "flyrod" caused by the failure or too fast release of the rod torque after the screw pump well was shut down, the safety reconstruction of the old screw pump well driving equipment was carried out.Adopt "double release hydraulic anti-reverse rotation device" and "multiple insurance anti-reverse rotation control device", combine with the construction process to realize zero distance between the lower plane of the light bar anti-cap and the upper plane of the square clamp and other measures, reconstruct the ground device with safety problems, reduce the operation risk of the equipment. At present,209 sets of hydraulic anti-reversing devices, 22 sets of multiple safety anti-reversing control devices and 50 sets of direct driving devices have been modified and installed, and measures have been taken to realize zero distance between the lower plane of light rod anti-dropping cap and the upper plane of square clamp on 353 Wells. Through optimizing and reforming the driving equipment of screw pump well, the slow release of rod column torque can be realized, the phenomenon of "flywheel" is eliminated, and the casualties are avoided. The annual cost of inspection pump for a single well was reduced by about 90 500 yuan, and the economic benefit was finally 17.158 5 million yuan. The social benefit and economic benefit were obvious, which provided technical support and guarantee for the safe and stable operation of oilfield production.
