摘要
基于Cesium三维虚拟地球开源库搭建WebGIS系统框架,研发面向城乡规划行业应用的三维在线规划编辑平台。实现了多人协同编辑,多源数据管理,联动对比以及模型单体化等关键技术。具有对三维空间的量测与分析,重要改造节点查询,建筑信息化等功能。从街区微更新的实际需求出发,以"雍和宫大街环境整治提升工程"为应用案例,完成街区中微观尺度的倾斜摄影模型、规划方案模型等数据的实时加载及对比分析,辅助规划人员更加精细化地完成街区微更新工作,对三维数据在城乡规划发展中的应用具有重要意义。
Based on the Cesium 3D virtual earth open source library to build a WebGIS system framework,a three-dimensional online planning and editing platform for urban and rural planning industry applications are developed.It has realized key technologies such as multi-person collaborative editing,multi-source data management,linkage comparison and model singularization.It has the functions of measurement of three-dimensional space,linkage of program and status,and Building Informatization.Starting from the actual needs of the micro-update of the block,the paper takes the'Lama Temple Street Environmental Improvement and Improvement Project'as a case,and completes the real-time loading of the oblique photography model,planning model of the micro-scale in the block.It is of great significance for the application of three-dimensional data in urban and rural planning development and assisting planners to complete the work of district micro-renewal more finely.
