历史建筑确定方法研究与实践——以北京市东城区为例

Practice of Investigation Methods for Defining Historical Buildings—Taking Dongcheng District of Beijing as an Example

为落实北京市历史文化名城建设,完成历史建筑确定工作,本文对历史建筑确定的工作思路和技术方法进行了初步探究。基于多源数据整合,完成潜在历史建筑的筛选和分类,通过实地调查、拍摄、访谈等方式,获取历史建筑的地理实体信息和属性信息,深入挖掘历史建筑价值和特色,结合专家判定方式,确定北京市东城区历史建筑共计234处/栋,为其他城市提供了一定的参考。

A preliminary exploration of the technical methods of determining historical buildings.In order to implement the construction of Beijing’s historical and cultural city and complete the work of determining historical buildings.The screening and classification of potential historical buildings are completed based on the integration of multi-source data.The geographical entity information and attribute information of historical buildings and in-depth mining of historical building values and characteristics are obtained through field surveys,shooting,and interviews.Combined with expert judgment methods,a total of 234 historical buildings in Dongcheng District of Beijing were determined.This research has achieved a comprehensive and systematic acquisition of historical building information,which provides a certain reference for other cities.
