摘要
为了研发出防治小麦赤霉病的有效药剂,采用含毒培养基法与田间喷雾施药法研究了丙环唑与福美双混配对小麦赤霉病菌的联合毒力和田间防效。室内生测结果表明,不同比例的丙环唑与福美双混配组合对小麦赤霉病菌菌丝生长的抑制具有明显的增效作用,其中丙环唑与福美双以13∶18混配组合的增效作用最显著,其共毒系数达151.76;田间小区药效试验进一步证实31%丙环唑·福美双SC以使用剂量279~325.5 g/hm^2于小麦扬花初期进行穗部均匀喷雾2次,2次之间间隔5~7 d,对小麦赤霉病具有较好的防控效果,防治效果达81.48%以上。
In order to develop a product to control wheat head blight,the co-toxicity and field control effect of the mixture of propiconazole and thiram for wheat head blight were studied with methods of culture medium and field sprayimg.The results of the indoor formulation screening test showed that the mixture of propiconazole and thiram have additive or synergistic effect on wheat head blight with the co-toxicity coefficients more than 100.The co-toxicity coefficient of 13:18 mixed compound was as high as 151.76,which had a significant synergistic effect.Field test results showed that when propiconazole·thiram 31%SC 279-325.5 g/hm^2 was used in the early stage of wheat blooming by spraying on the ears and spraying twice in case of rainy with interval 5-7 days,its control effect for wheat head blight was 81.48%-86.72%.
