摘要
基于医学实践教学改革模式的总体目标,依托原有的三阶段临床实践能力培养模式,引入现代信息技术与理念,建设具有先进理念全功能的信息化临床实践教学平台,优化临床技能课程体系,完善网络视频教学资源和虚拟仿真课程资源,拓展教师信息化教学模式,探索临床技能教学智能化评估和反馈方法,提升医学生自主学习能力,通过运用信息化教学手段,整合临床实践教学资源,构建“5+3”医学人才培养一体化临床实践教学模式,服务于本科医学人才培养、毕业后教育学生、继续教育和社会培训,推进医教协同发展,实现医学人才知识、能力和素质的全面提升。
Based on the overall goal of the medical practice teaching reform model,relying on the original three-stage clinical practice ability training mode,introducing modern information technology and ideas,building an informational clinical practice teaching platform with advanced concepts and full functions,optimizing the clinical skills curriculum system and perfecting Network video teaching resources and virtual simulation course resources,expand the teacher information teaching mode,explore the intelligent evaluation and feedback methods of clinical skills teaching,enhance the independent learning ability of medical students,and integrate the clinical practice teaching resources by using information-based teaching methods to build“5+3”medical personnel training integrated clinical practice teaching mode,serving undergraduate medical personnel training,post-graduate education students,continuing education and social training,promoting the coordinated development of medical education,and realizing the comprehensive improvement of medical personnel knowledge,ability and quality.
