摘要
座椅的强度影响驾乘人员的人身和财产安全,为了M1类汽车座椅能满足相关法律法规要求,研究了汽车座椅的主要强度试验项目、试验设置和判断标准以及强度试验的影响因素。在设计和制造过程中,充分识别影响因素并进行有效的管理和控制,这些管理和控制包含设计仿真分析、设计验证试验、生产验证试验、工艺策划、质量检查和生产过程审核内容,以提升座椅产品的质量、降低召回风险、减少不良质量成本。
Drivers’and passengers’personal and property safety are closely correlated with the strength of seats.This paper investigates the main strength test items,test setups and judgment standards and the influencing factors of the seat strength tests,in order to make M1 class automobile seats meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulation.In the process of designing and manufacturing,it is important to fully identify influencing factors and make effective control and scientific management,which contains Finite Element Analysis(FEA),design validation tests,product validation tests,process planning,quality inspection as well as production process audit.By doing this,the product quality will be improved.The risk of recall and the cost of poor quality will be reduced.
