摘要
为了提高国产化计算机抗恶劣环境的设计质量,该文基于国产化计算机低温设计过程的质量功能展开,对国产化抗恶劣环境计算机设计过程的质量管理进行了探索性的研究,通过需求分析模型将客户的低温需求转换成低温的质量特性,依据适用的国家军用标准、国家标准进而确定低温的技术标准,结合国产化计算机在低温环境下潜在失效模式及后果分析,将这些技术标准系统地展开到各个功能部件和零件的质量特性以及工艺路线中各要素的相互关系上,确定关重部件、关重特性及关重工序,使国产化计算机在设计过程就完成质量保证。通过试验可见:基于设计过程的质量功能展开,可大幅提高国产化计算机抗恶劣环境的适应性和可靠性,设计质量明显提高。
In order to improve the design quality of the localization computer against harsh environment,this paper is based on the quality characteristics of the low-temperature design process of the localization computer,an exploratory study is made on the quality management in the design process of localization anti-abominable environment computer.Through the demand analysis model,the customer's low-temperature demand is transformed into the low-temperature quality characteristic,according to the applicable national military standard and national standard,the low temperature technical standard is determined,and the potential failure mode and consequence analysis of the localization computer under the low temperature environment are analyzed,these technical standards are systematically expanded to the quality characteristics of each functional part and part and the relationships among the factors in the process route,and the critical parts,critical characteristics and critical processes are determined,to ensure the quality of a localization computer in the design process.The test results show that the adaptability and reliability of the localization computer against harsh environment can be greatly improved based on the quality characteristics of the design process.
