摘要
在微电子行业,静电放电问题正受到越来越多的关注。该文对静电放电原理进行了简介,着重研究了静电放电对混合集成DC/DC变换器的影响,最后对相关问题进行了总结与讨论。
The problem of electrostatic discharge is getting more and more attention in the microelectronics industry.This paper introduces the principle of electrostatic discharge,focuses on the research of the influence of electrostatic discharge on hybrid integrated DC/DC converter,and the related problems are summarized and discussed at last.
