摘要
在飞机研制中,合理的装配容差设计是提高装配准确度、减少研制成本和提高一次装配成功的有效途径。分析容差设计与设计、工艺、制造、装配等飞机研制过程之间的联系,研究基于蒙特卡罗算法模拟的装配容差分析的原理,规划基于VisVSA建立容差分析模型的应用流程。基于工程要求,通过软件辅助,对机头与前机身对接面的协调要素进行容差分配方案设计,得出工艺协调要求、调姿公差、分配给各部段界面公差与装配工艺能力之间的关系图,分析影响各协调要素的主要影响因子,根据目前的工艺能力,确定较优的一套分配方案,对民机大部段对接的容差分配工作具有一定的应用价值。
Reasonable assembly tolerance design is an effective way to improve assembly accuracy,reduce cost and increase the chance of assembles success in aircraft design.This paper analyzes the relationship of tolerance design and design,crafts,manufacturing and assembly,studies the principle of assembly tolerance analysis which based on Monte Carlo algorithm,plans the process of building the model of tolerance analysis which based on VisVSA.Based on the requirements of the project,designing the tolerance allocation scheme of binding surface between nose and forefuselage at the aided of software.Analyze the main affective factor and generate the chart of relationship between crafts coordination requirements,adjust tolerance,distributed tolerance and the ability of crafts.According to the present manufacturing capability,obtain an optimized tolerance distribution scheme.The results show that the method has a certain application value on the work of tolerance distribution to whole aircraft.
