摘要
脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)作为脑卒中常见的并发症之一,显著影响患者的认知能力、康复速度及日常生活。磁共振波谱成像(MRS)可对PSD患者的脑代谢物水平进行无创分析,完善PSD的早期识别与诊断,并为PSD的发病机制等研究提供影像学依据。本文现围绕MRS在PSD中的研究进展综述如下。
Poststroke depression(PSD),as one of the common complications of stroke,significantly affects the cognitive ability,recovery speed and daily life of patients.Magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)can carry out non-invasive analysis on the characteristics of cerebral metabolites in PSD patients,improve the early identification and diagnosis of PSD,and provide imaging basis for the study on pathogenesis of PSD.This paper summarizes the research progress of MRS in PSD as follows.
