履带式联合收割机横向调平底盘设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对履带式联合收割机在不平坦地表作业时,车体倾斜角度大、收获效率低、驾驶舒适性差的问题,设计一种履带式联合收割机横向调平底盘。该调平底盘基于平行四边形原理设计,可实现底盘离地高度与横向倾斜角度的主动调节。设计底盘调平控制策略,可在联合收割机作业时自动调节车体横向倾斜角度。使用ADAMS与AMESim搭建机电液联合仿真平台,并针对调平底盘与传统底盘在同一条件下进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:与传统底盘相比,在横向落差为130 mm的条件下调平底盘最大横向倾角降低约75%。同时搭建底盘调平试验台,进行静态调平与动态调平试验。静态调平试验表明:在系统调节范围内,调平误差小于0.5°,调节时间小于5 s。动态调平试验表明:在系统调节范围内,车身倾斜角度小于±1.5°。 When the combine harvester is working in the field,the inclination of the body caused by the irregular surface of the field used to reduce the harvest efficiency of the combine.To overcome such a problem,an automatic leveling controlled chassis for track combine has been developed.The chassis is supported by 2 track walking mechanisms,and the height of each walking mechanism can be adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder.A virtual model was established by 3 D modeling software,and the model was imported into ADAMS and AMESim for mechanical-hydraulic-electric co-simulation analysis.The simulation analysis results showed that the roll angle of the leveling controlled chassis can be reduced by about 75%.Base on the developed attitude adjustment mechanism of track combine,an automatic leveling control method for adjusting the lifting arms by PID algorithm was proposed.Finally,a set of dynamic and static tests were carried out.The static tests show that the accuracy of pitch angle just was within 0.5°,the maximum adjustment time was 5 s.The dynamic tests show that the accuracy of the roll angle just was within 1.5°.
