太阳能履带自走式谷物收集机设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内人工收集晒场谷物劳动强度大、效率低等问题,本文设计一种太阳能履带自走式谷物收集机,可一次性完成晒场的谷物收集和装袋作业。该机以太阳能蓄电池为能源,节能环保,有效延长机具作业时间,同时设计二次清扫装置提高谷物收净率,设计微型履带行走装置和跨场地作业装置提高机具作业的稳定性和跨地作业效率。试验结果表明:该机作业性能稳定,纯工作小时生产率为3766.4 kg/h,谷物收净率为99.7%,谷物破碎率为0.01%,静态环境噪声为78.2 dB(A)和操作处耳旁噪声为86.1 dB(A),各项性能指标满足相关标准要求。 Aiming at the problems of large labor intensity and low efficiency of domestic manual harvesting of cereals in the field,a solar crawler self-propelled grain collector is designed,which can complete the collection and bagging of the cereals in the field at one time.This machine uses solar battery as energy source,energy saving and environmental protection,effectively prolongs the working time of the machine.At the same time,the secondary cleaning device is designed to improve the grain yield,and the miniature crawler walking device and the cross-site working device are designed to improve the stability and performance of the machine and cross-area efficiency.The test results show that the machine has stable operating performance,a pure working hour productivity of 3766.4 kg/h,a grain yield of 99.7%,a grain crush rate of 0.01%,the static environmental noise is 78.2 dB(A)and the noise near the operating area is 86.1 dB(A).All the performance indexes meet the requirements of relevant standards.
