摘要 为解决山地丘陵地区苜蓿收获出现的割茬高度不一致等问题,依据苜蓿初花期收获农艺技术要求,设计一种集分草、仿形、割茬调节等功能于一身的多功能挡草板。借助SolidWorks中的Simulation模块对多功能挡草板进行静力学分析,分析结果表明,整个模型应力最大值为159.6 MPa,低于选用材料Q235的屈服强度235 MPa;整个模型最大的变形量1.183 mm,变形部位主要是分草板主板的前端。利用ADAMS软件,模拟仿真多功能挡草板在正弦起伏路面的运动情况,结果表明,多功能挡草板具有良好的仿形功能,能够保证割茬高度一致。 In order to solve the problem of uneven stubble height harvesting alfalfa in mountainous areas,according to the agronomic technical requirements of alfalfa in harvesting period,a multifunctional board of forage crusher was designed,which integrated the functions of forage separation,profiling,stubble adjustment and so on.The simulation module in SolidWorks was used to conduct static analysis on the multifunction board of forage crusher.The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the whole model was 159.6 MPa,which is lower than the minimum yield strength of the selected material 235 MPa.The maximum deformation of the whole model is 1.183 mm,and the deformation position is mainly the front of the board.ADAMS was used to simulate the movement of multifunctional board on sinusoidal undulating road.The results show that the multifunctional board has good profiling function and can ensure the consistency of stubble height.
