摘要 为研究不同生长期猪粪中有机成分对生物产甲烷潜力的影响关系,文章采用全自动甲烷潜力测试系统,研究了3种猪粪在中温厌氧发酵中的产甲烷潜力(BMP)。结果表明,保育猪粪便和生长猪粪便的BMP值分别为273 mL CH4/gVS和272 mL CH4/gVS,二者相接近,妊娠母猪的BMP为220 mL CH4/gVS,是3种猪粪中最低的。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪和热重分析仪检测猪粪样品中的有机物,使紫外-可见分光光度计谱和荧光光谱仪检测了粪便DOM提取液中的有机组分。通过检测得出,保育猪粪便和生长猪粪便的有机物含量和组分相接近,而妊娠母猪的有机物含量低,且含有更多的纤维素、木质素和芳香族化合物等难降解有机物,这些物质高度腐殖化,生物难降解,因此导致其甲烷产生潜力低。 To study the effect of manure organic components of different growing period pigs on their biochemical methane potentials(BMPs),the BMPs of above manures in medium temperature anaerobic fermentation were studied by the automatic methane potential test system(AMPTS).The results showed that the BMP values of nursery pig feces and growing pig feces were 273 mL CH4/gVS and 272 CH4/gVS,respectively,and the BMP of pregnant sow was 220 mL CH4/gVS,which was the lowest of the three types of pig manure.The organic components in the manures were detected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer,and their DOM extracts were detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrometer.The organic matter component and content of nursery pig feces and growing pig feces were close to each other.Pregnant sow has less organic matter and contains more refractory organic matter such as cellulose,lignin,and aromatic compounds,which are highly humic and biodegradable,resulting in low methane production potential.
