A Brief Analysis on“Three Coke Film Theory”for COVID-19

目的:浅析新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医辨证,为疫病提供新的认识。方法:挖掘姚氏三焦焦膜理论,以及该理论在该疾病中的应用。结果:本病的病机不乏湿毒郁闭于三焦焦膜,在疾病发展过程中可从传入、传变进行剖析,其中传变上重点分为卫分、气分二期分析。治法上,卫分以透表湿、宣胸气为法,气分以宣湿、开胸、疏降气机为法。结论:在三焦焦膜理论的指导下,新型冠状病毒肺炎的辨证思路可行。

Objective:To analyze the dialectic of COVID-19 in Chinese medicine and provide a new understanding of epidemic diseases.Methods:To explore YAO's three-focal film theory and its application in this disease.Results:The pathogenesis of this disease is not lack of wet poison stasis closed in the three focal film,in the course of disease development can be analyzed from the introduction,the transformation,the transformation of the focus is divided into Wei,Qi phase analysis.On the treatment,the defense points to through the surface of the wet,chest for the method,the air points to wet,open chest,air drainage as the method.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the three-coke film theory,the dialectical thinking of COVID-19 is feasible.
