Clinical Syndrome Type Variation of Primary Dysmenorrhea

痛经为临床常见多发病,中医疗效肯定,历版教材上均将其列为气滞血瘀、寒湿凝滞、气血虚弱、湿热下注四个证型。但因临床的复杂性,疾病有除外教材的常见变证,在中医常见疾病诊疗规范、临床路径、指南的建设下,证型的规范化研究势在必行,故本文基于临床探讨痛经的临床常见变证及相关治法处方。

Dysmenorrhea is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic,and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is affirmative.It has been classified as four syndromes in the textbooks of previous editions:Qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold-dampness stagnation,Qi-blood weakness and dampness-heat injection.However,due to the complexity of clinical practice,diseases have common variants except textbooks.Under the construction of diagnostic and therapeutic criteria,clinical pathways and guidelines for common diseases of traditional Chinese medicine,it is imperative to standardize the study of syndrome types.Therefore,this article based on clinical research on common clinical variants of dysmenorrhea and related treatment methods.
