自组方与穴位贴敷结合治疗肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Self-made Prescription Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Chronic Cough after Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

目的:观察我院自组方联合穴位贴敷对儿童肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法:选择在我院接受治疗的120例肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿进行回顾性分析。根据患儿接受治疗方式的不同将其分为2组,行常规西医治疗57例为对照组,常规西医治疗基础上加以自组方与穴位贴敷结合治疗的63例为观察组。结果:观察组总有效率为95.25%,高于对照组的80.70%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候评分均明显下降,但观察组下降幅度更大,治疗后两组患者圣乔治呼吸问卷得分均明显升高,但观察组升高更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均显著下降,但观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。对照组共出现3例(5.26%)不良反应,与观察组的5例(7.94%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规西医治疗加以自组方与穴位贴敷结合治疗较单独常规西医治疗可有效提高儿童肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽疗效,改善中医证候,提高患者生活质量且具有较高的安全性,其作用机制可能与缓解炎症反应有关。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Self-made Prescription combined with acupoint application on chronic cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 120 children with chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital.Children were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.57 patients were treated with conventional western medicine as the controlled group,and 63 patients treated with combination of Self-made prescription and acupoint application based on conventional western medicine were the observation group.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.25%,which was higher than 80.70% in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients decreased significantly,but the decline in the observation group was greater.After treatment,the scores of the St.George's breathing questionnaires in the two groups increased significantly,but the observation group increased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the two groups decreased significantly,but the decline was even greater in the observation group(P<0.05).A total of 3 cases(5.26%)of adverse reactions occurred in the controlled group,which was not significantly different from the 5 cases(7.94%)in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine treatment combined with Self-made Prescription and acupoint application is more effective than conventional western medicine treatment alone in improving the curative effect of chronic cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,improving TCM syndromes,improving patients'quality of life,and having higher safety.Its mechanism of action may be related to relieving the inflammatory response.
