六君子汤联合玉屏风散对支气管哮喘患者肺功能、免疫因子的影响

Effect of Liujunzi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder on Pulmonary Function and Immune Factors for Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察六君子汤联合玉屏风散治疗支气管哮喘患者肺功能、免疫因子的影响。方法:选择2017年5月~2018年4月我院收治的证属肺脾气虚的支气管哮喘患者60例,依据治疗措施的不同将其随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组30例采用喷布地奈德气雾剂治疗,研究组30例采用六君子汤联合玉屏风散治疗,持续治疗3个月。观察比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积率(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)]、免疫功能指标(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)]、不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分及FVC、FEV1、PEF、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FVC、FEV1、PEF、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IFN-γ值较本组治疗前明显升高,中医证候积分及IL-4、IL-17水平较本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FVC、FEV1、PEF、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IFN-γ值明显高于对照组,中医证候积分及IL-4、IL-17水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组总不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论:六君子汤联合玉屏风散治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效好,可有改善患者免疫功能及肺功能,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Liujunzi Decoction and Yupingfeng powder on pulmonary function and immune factors for patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:60 bronchial asthma patients with pulmonary and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.The controlled group received the Budesonide Aerosol,while the study group received the Liujunzi Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,lung function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume rate of the 1st second(FEV1)and peak rate of expiration flow(PEF)],immune function index(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+),serum inflammatory factor[interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17),γ-interferon(IFN-γ)],and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(93.33%vs 73.33%,P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the TCM syndromes scores and FVC,FEV1,PEF,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-17 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1,PEF,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,and IFN-γwere increased in both groups,and were higher in the study group than in the controlled group(P<0.05);Meanwhile,the TCM syndrome scores and IL-4 and IL-17 levels were significantly decreased in both groups,and were lower in the study group than in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liujunzi Decoction combined with Yupingfeng Powder can effectively ameliorate the immune function and lung function of bronchial asthma patients,with no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
