盐城市海洋经济与资源环境耦合协调发展研究

Study on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Marine Economy and Resources and Environment in Yancheng

基于系统耦合理论和协同理论,从海洋经济与资源环境两维度构建海洋经济与资源环境耦合协调发展指标体系,运用熵权法确定各指标权重,对2010年、2014年、2015年、2016年和2017年盐城市海洋经济与资源环境耦合协调发展进行了分析。研究发现,盐城市海洋经济与资源环境之间整体朝着良好耦合方向发展,但仍然处在中低级耦合阶段,只不过协调类型由中度协调演化成良好协调。最后对耦合协调发展的制约因素进行了分析,提出盐城市海洋经济与资源环境耦合协调发展的对策建议。

Based on the theory of system coupling and coordination,the researcher constructs the index system of the coupling and coordinated development of marine economy and resources and environment from the two dimensions of marine economy and resources and environment,and uses entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index,and analyzes the coupling and coordinated development of marine economy and resources and environment in Yancheng City in 2010,2014,2015,2016 and 2017.It is found out that the development direction of Yancheng’s marine economy and resources and environment is a good coupling as a whole,which is still in the middle and low coupling stage,however the coordination type has evolved from moderate coordination to good coordination.Then,the researcher analyzes the constraints of the coupling and coordinated development,and puts forward suggestions for the coupling and coordinated development of urban marine economy and resources and environment.
