新医科背景下医学检验技术专业人才培养模式的创新研究与实践 被引量:16

摘要 新医科背景下,医学检验技术的内涵发展和人才培养应积极面对“健康中国”发展战略,坚持“以本为本”,推进“四个回归”。本校医学检验学院以社会需求为导向,明确培养目标,修订了人才培养方案;以能力培养为主线,以教育教学质量为根本,构建了科学的人才培养体系;以医学检验技术专业教育国家质量标准及医学检验行业、产业发展为依据,通过深化教学改革,创新、构建了“医教融合、注重人文、强化实践、校企协同”四位一体、能力本位的医学检验技术专业应用型人才培养新模式。该新人才培养模式在教学实践中取得了一定的成效,获得了同仁及用人单位的认可与好评。 Under the new medical background,the connotation development of medical laboratory technology and personnel training should actively face the development strategy of“healthy China”,adhere to the“based on this”,and promote the“four returns”.Guided by the social needs,the training objectives were clarified and the talent training plan was revised;the scientific talent training system was constructed with the ability training as the main line and the quality of education and teaching as the foundation;based on the national quality standards of medical laboratory technology education and the development of medical laboratory industry,a new four in one&capacity-based training mode of applied talents for medical laboratory technology was established by deepening teaching reform,focusing on medical and educational integration,humanities,strengthening practice and synergizing between schools and enterprises.The new talent training mode has achieved certain results in teaching practice,and has been recognized and praised by colleagues and employers.
