高校青年教师颈部亚健康现状及相关影响因素研究

Research on the Current Situation and its Related Influencing Factors of Neck Sub-health of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

颈部亚健康是在高校青年教师群体中备受关注的生理不适现象,若不采取有效干预,容易发展成颈椎病.目的了解当下高校青年教师颈部亚健康现状,通过数据地分析统计查明导致他们颈部亚健康的危险因素,为下一步高校青年教师颈部亚健康有效运动干预提供一定理论基础.方法向35岁以下高校青年教师发放调查问卷,共发放455份问卷.得到有效问卷455份,有效率100%.结论:1)在调查人群中有27%,共123人处于颈部亚健康状态;2)30岁以下与30-35岁两个年龄段,性别、年龄与颈部健康状况不存在显著性差异;3)持续的颈部僵硬、弹响和经常性的肩颈部疼痛是颈部亚健康首要症状;4)高校教师群体在35岁后可能面临颈部健康的拐点;5)颈部健康会受生活和工作方方面面的不良影响;6)Logistic回归分析的结果显示,低头伏案时间过长、体育锻炼程度不足及咽喉疼痛为高校青年教师颈椎亚健康发病的危险因素,且具有显著性统计学差异.

Cervical sub-health is a physiological discomfort that attracts much attention among young teachers in colleges and universities.Without effective intervention,it is easy to develop into cervical spondylosis.Objective:To investigate the current situation of neck sub-health of young teachers in colleges and universities,and identify the risk factors leading to their neck sub-health through data analysis and statistics,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the effective exercise intervention.Methods:A total of 455 questionnaires were distributed to young teachers under the age of 35.455 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective rate of 100%.Conclusion:1)27%in the survey population,a total of 123 people,were in the neck sub-health state;2)under the age of 30 and 30-35,in terms of their neck sub-health,no significant difference existed in gender or age;(3)Continuous neck stiffness,elastic ring and regular pain on shoulder or neck were first symptoms;(4)college teachers group may face an inflection point of neck health;5)Neck health might be affected by bad habits of every aspect in work and life;6)Results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of neck sub-health of young teachers in colleges and universities were too-long-time lowering the head in work,insufficient physical exercise and throat pain,and the differences were statistically significant.
