摘要 为解决辐射检测仪表体积大、功耗高等问题,设计了一款基于硅光电二极管的超低功耗小型辐射剂量仪。以CsI(Tl)+硅光电二极管为探测器,分析、优化信号处理电路,并搭载超低功耗单片机MSP430,实现剂量仪的低压、低功耗、小型化设计。实验结果表明:在高辐射强度下,该仪器可用微型纽扣电池长时间续航,达到较高精度的剂量率响应。 In view of the problems of large volume,high internal voltage,high price and high power consumption in the current domestic and foreign radiation monitoring instruments,an ultra-low power consumption small radiation dosimeter was designed based on Silicon PIN photodiode.With CsI(Tl)+Silicon photodiode as the detector,the signal processing circuit is analyzed and optimized,and the ultralow power chip microcomputer is adopted to realize the low voltage,low power and miniaturization design of the dosimeter.The experimental results show that under high radiation intensity,the instrument can be used for a long time with a micro button battery,and achieve a relatively high precision dose rate response.
