对新冠肺炎患者康复工作的思考与建议

新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎(以下简称“新冠肺炎”)患者具有着巨大的康复需求,需加快推进康复医疗工作建设。建议完善康复服务配套及体系建设,开设新冠肺炎康复病区及门诊,推进中西医结合康复医疗。发挥医联体作用,加强基层康复能力建设;加强心理康复支持,打造互联网+康复服务体系;强化院感管控,做好医护人员职业防护;做好出院患者随访管理,加强康复健康教育。

Facing the huge rehabilitation needs of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019,it is necessary to accelerate the rehabilitation medical work.It is recommended to improve the rehabilitation service facilities and system construction,to set up rehabilitation outpatient clinic and ward for patient,and to promote the rehabilitation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.The role of medical consortium should be given full play and the building of primary hospitals rehabilitation capacity needs to be strengthened.Psychological rehabilitation support should be strengthened and an Internet+rehabilitation service system should be built.It is suggested to strengthen nosocomial infection management and control,and to provide professional protection for medical staff.Measures should be taken to do a good job in follow-up management of discharged patients and strengthen rehabilitation health education.
