摘要
目的对基于微信网络平台的E-PBL教学模式在妇产科学临床实习带教中的应用效果进行评估。方法将2016—2017年在某三甲医院妇产科实习的五年制医学本科学生56名作为研究对象。随机分两组,对照组和观察组各28名。在临床实习教学中,对照组沿用常规临床实习教学模式,观察组采用基于微信网络平台的E-PBL教学模式展开临床实习教学。对比两组学生临床实习效果。结果观察组学生标准化病人(standard patient,SP)问诊成绩(百分制)平均为85.58±3.67分,显著高于对照组(81.30±4.82分),差异有统计学意义(t=2.504,P=0.02)。操作成绩两组间无显著统计学差异。观察组理论考试成绩(百分制)平均为87.08±4.68分,显著高于对照组(82.52±6.68分),差异有统计学意义(t=2.495,P=0.018)。在自主学习能力与临床思维能力方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。但在学习兴趣、与患者的沟通交流能力以及理解与记忆能力方面,观察组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在妇产科临床实习教学中,与传统教学模式相对比,基于微信网络平台的E-PBL教学模式可显著提高学生自主学习能力,提高学生临床思维能力,具有推广应用的价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of E-PBL teaching method based on Wechat-internet platform in the clinical practice teaching of gynaecology and obstetrics department.Methods A total of 56 five-year medical undergraduate students who were interned in obstetrics and gynecology in a tertiary hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,28 in the control group and the observation group.In clinical practice teaching,the control group followed the conventional clinical practice teac-hing mode,and the observation group adopted the E-PBL teaching mode based on Wechat network platform for clinical practice teaching.The clinical practice effects of the two groups of students were compared.Results The average score for inquisition of the standardized patient(SP)in the observation group was 85.58±3.67,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.30±4.82).The difference was statistically significant(t=2.504,P=0.02).There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in operation performance.The average theoretical test score(percentage system)of the observation group was(87.08±4.68)points,which was significantly higher than the control group(82.52±6.68 points),and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.495,P=0.018).In terms of autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking ability,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.However,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of learning interest,ability to communicate with patients,and ability to understand and remember(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the E-PBL teaching mode based on the Wechat network platform can significantly improve students'autonomous learning ability,improve their clinical thinking ability,and has the value of promotion and application.
