摘要
针对当前天平校准系统单级砝码加载细分不足及效率较低的现实问题,研制了一套全自动天平校准系统。首先,设计了一种全新的三级砝码自动加载装置,该装置采用三套相互独立的传动机构,由电机拖动、直线滑轨导向,可保证随时实现载荷按阶梯自动加载。其次,确定了六自由度串联复位方式,采用铰链连接形式,以形成连杆机构将伺服电动缸传动的直线运动转换为旋转运动。测试结果表明:系统各项性能指标达到了设计要求,机构性能可靠。
In order to solve the problems of insufficient subdivision of single weight load and low calibration efficiency in the current automatic balance calibration system,a full automatic balance calibration system was developed.First,a new triple automatic weight loading device is provided,the device uses three sets of independent transmission,driven by the electric-motors,guided by linear guide way,guaranteed at any time to load the ladder loads on a balance.Second,the six-degree-of-freedom resetting mode in serials is determined;some articulated arm joints were used to form link mechanism in order to convert the liner motion transferred by servo electric cylinder to rotation motion.The test results indicated that all the performance indicators of the calibration system have attained the demands of the balance calibration,and the device is reliable.
