摘要
目的探讨宫颈病变患者外周血中Tim-3^+CD4^+T细胞和Galectin-9^+M的表达水平与人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)分型的相关性。方法对选取的51例宫颈癌(cervical cancer,CC)患者(CC组)、58例子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion,SIL)患者(SIL组)、55例慢性宫颈炎(chronic cervicitis,CCS)患者(CCS组)进行HPV检测,分为HPV阳性患者与HPV阴性患者,其中HPV阳性患者根据HPV分型分为高危型感染患者,低危型感染患者,多重感染患者,单一感染患者,用流式细胞术检测其外周血Tim-3^+CD4^+T细胞和Galectin-9^+M的表达水平。结果HPV阳性患者外周血中Tim-3^+CD4^+T细胞和Galectin-9^+M表达水平显著性高于HPV阴性患者(P<0.05)。高危型感染患者Tim-3^+CD4^+T细胞和Galectin-9^+M表达水平显著性高于低危型感染患者(P<0.05)。多重感染患者Tim-3^+CD4^+T细胞和Galectin-9^+M表达水平高于单一感染患者(P<0.05)。CC组Tim-3^+CD4^+T细胞和Galectin-9^+M表达水平均明显高于SIL组和CCS组(P<0.05)。结论Tim-3和Galectin-9可能与宫颈HPV感染有关,并在宫颈病变的发生发展过程中起到重要作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of Tim-3^+CD4^+T cells and Galectin-9^+M and human papilloma virus(HPV)typing in peripheral blood of patients with cervical lesions.MethodsFor 51 patients with cervical cancer(CC group),58 patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL group)and 55 patients with chronic cervicitis(CCS group)for HPV testing,and allthe patients were divided into HPV-positive patients and HPV-negative patients.Among them,HPV-positive patients were divided into high-risk infection patients,low-risk infection patients,multiple infection patients,and single infection patients.The expression levels of Tim-3^+CD4^+T cells and Galectin-9^+M in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.ResultsThe expression levels of Tim-3^+CD4^+T cells and Galectin-9^+M in peripheral blood of HPV-positive patients were significantly higher than those of HPV-negative patients(P<0.05).The expression levels of Tim-3^+CD4^+T cells and Galectin-9^+M in patients with high-risk infection were significantly higher than those in patients with low-risk infection(P<0.05).The expression levels of Tim-3^+CD4^+T cells and Galectin-9^+M in patients with multiple infections were higher than those in patients with single infection(P<0.05).The expression levels of Tim-3^+CD4^+T cells and Galectin-9^+M in the CC group were significantly higher than those in the SIL group and the CCS group(P<0.05).ConclusionTim-3 and Galectin-9 may be related to cervical HPV infection and play an important role in the development of cervical lesions.
