加速康复外科护理路径对胃癌根治术患者围手术期治疗效果及患者满意度的影响

Effect of nursing path of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on the perioperative treatment effect and patients′satisfaction of patients with gastric cancer radical operation

目的研究加速康复外科护理路径在胃癌根治术患者围术期护理中的治疗效果及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2017年3月-2019年3月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院胃肠外科区行根治术的127例胃癌患者为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序分为对照组(64例)和观察组(63例)。对照组围手术期给予常规护理,观察组围手术期给予加速康复外科护理。比较两组护理干预后术后康复情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度评分情况。结果与常规护理组比较,加速康复外科护理组患者术后初次肠鸣音时间、初次排便时间、初次饮水时间、初次经口进行时间、初次下床活动时间、尿管留置时间、引流管留置时间及住院时间均缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者切口感染、肺部感染、胃出血和深静脉血栓发生率均降低,患者术后护理满意度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期加速康复外科护理路径可加速胃癌根治术患者围手术期康复,减少术后并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing path of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation and the effect of nursing satisfaction.MethodsA total of 127 patients who underwent elective radical gastrectomy in Gastroenterology Department of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group(64 cases)and observation group(63 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,while the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing during perioperative period.The postoperative rehabilitation,complication rate and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.ResultsCompared with the routine nursing group,the time of the first bowel sounds,the first defecation time,the first drinking water time,the first oral time,the first ambulation time,the catheter indwelling time,the drainage tube indwelling time and the hospitalization time in the accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing group were shorter than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.01).The incidence of partial infection,gastric hemorrhage and deep venous thrombosis were decreased,and the postoperative nursing satisfaction was increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe perioperative accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing pathway can accelerate the perioperative rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer radical operation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
