基于数据挖掘的中药化痰用药规律分析

Medication Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to Treat Phlegm Based on Data Mining

目的:通过对运用中药治疗临床因痰阻遏气道或留置于肺中所引发的临床疾病案例进行分析,为中药防治新冠肺炎因痰阻气道导致的危急症状的中药治疗方案提供参考。方法:以"痰"为主题检索符合标准的文献,使用Excel 2013、SPSS Statistics 23.0软件进行关联规则分析。结果:频数分析发现,在符合筛选标准的临床治疗文献中,在治疗以寒痰为证型的高频单味中药中甘草(133次,61.29%)、半夏(132次,60.83%)、杏仁(105次,48.39%)出现频率最高;在治疗以热痰为证型的高频单味中药是黄芩(283次,80.40%)、甘草(256次,72.73%)、瓜蒌(226次,64.20%);在性味统计中,治疗寒痰类中药性温,味辛,归肺经为主;治疗热痰类中药以性寒,味苦,归肺经为主;关联规则分析中得到高频关联强度中药组合各6组;中药外治法4种。结论:本次数据分析所得高频、高关联中药组合功效中除归肺经-止咳化痰平喘类中药外,祛寒痰的高频中药配以归脾胃、性味辛温、理气补气药;治疗热痰类高频中药配以归脾胃经、性味辛温的清热理气药。

Objective:To analyze the TCM to treat clinical diseases associated with phlegm blocking airways or accumulating in lungs,so as to provide reference for TCM to ease critical symptoms of COVID-19 caused by phlegm blocking airways.Methods:the literature conforming to the standard was retrieved under the theme of"phlegm",and the association rules were analyzed by Excel 2013 and SPSS Statistics 23.0 software.Results:Frequency analysis showed that in the clinical treatment literature that met the screening criteria,single TCM drugs with the highest frequency were licorice(133 times,61.29%),pinellia(132 times,60.83%)and almond(105 times,48.39%)used for treating"Hantan"syndrome.In the treatment of the disease associated with"Rentan"syndrome,the single TCM drugs with the highest frequency were scutellaria baicalensis root(283 times,80.40%),licorice root(256 times,72.73%)and trichosanthis fruit(226 times,64.20%).The statistics results showed,drugs in the treatment of diseases associated with"Hantan"syndrome were mainly attributed to lung meridian with Wen property and Xin flavor,drugs in the treatment of diseases associated with"Retan"were mainly attributed to the lung meridian with Han property and Ku flavor.The association rules analysis showed 6 TCM combination groups with high frequency association were obtained,and 4 external treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine were obtained.Conclusion:According to the data analysis results,the high-frequency TCM drugs and highly correlated TCM combination groups had the effect on relieving phlegm and asthma.TCM treatment for diseases associated with"Hantan"may be combined with"Liqibuqi"drugs with Wen property and Xin flavor,attributed to spleen and stomach.TCM treatment for diseases associated with"Rentan"may be combined with"Qingreliqi"drugs with Wen property and Xin flavor,attributed to spleen and stomach.
