基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗风湿病关节炎的处方用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Rheumatic Arthritis Based on Data Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘技术研究中医药治疗风湿病关节炎的用药规律。方法:检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、CBM中中医药治疗风湿病关节炎的文献,构建方药数据库,利用Microsoft Excel 2010进行频次分析,通过SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 22.0对处方药物进行关联规则、复杂网络、系统聚类、主成分因子及决策树模型分析。结果:1398首处方涉及中药373味,归19大类,其中补虚药、祛风湿药、活血化瘀药使用频次位居前3位。2味3味药组分多是健脾清热利湿、益气养血活血的用药组合。二项三项关联体现了清热解毒、活血化瘀、健脾利湿、温经散寒、祛风除湿、补益肝肾的治法。复杂网络核心处方主要由黄芪桂枝五物汤、四妙丸组成。系统聚类得到15组药物组合。因子分析提取出22个公因子。以牛膝为因变量的决策树体现独活、羌活、薏苡仁、杜仲和黄柏在配伍中的重要地位。结论:中医药治疗风湿病关节炎标本兼顾,本虚重在健脾补肾养肝、益气血和营卫,标实以祛风除湿、温经散寒、活血祛瘀、清热解毒、化痰利湿诸法消除风寒湿热痰瘀之邪。

Objective:Based on data mining technology,to study the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatic arthritis.Methods:The literature of rheumatoid arthritis in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM was searched,to establish the prescriptions database.The frequency of prescriptions was analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2010.The association rules,complex network,system clustering,principal component factors and decision tree model were analyzed by SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS statistics 22.0.Results:The 1398 prescriptions involved 373 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,belonging to 19 categories.The top 3 with the highest use frequency were Buxu,Qufengshi and Huoxuehuayu drugs.Most of prescriptions consisting of two or three kinds of drugs were Jianpiqingrelishi and Yiqiyangxuehuoxue drugs.The two and three relations embody the treatment methods of Qingrejiedu,Huoxuehuayu,Jianpilishi,Wenjingsanhan,Qufengchushi and Buyiganshen.The core prescription of complex network mainly consists of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Simiao pill.15 combination drugs were obtained by cluster analysis.Factor analysis extracted 22 common factors.The decision tree with Achyranthes bidentata as the dependent variable reflected the important position of Duhuo,Qiang,Coix,eucommia and Phellodendron in the compatibility.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatic arthritis is based on Biaobenjiangu.In the treatment of Benxu,it focuses on Jianpibushenyanggan,Yiqixue and Yingwei.In the treatment of Biaoshi,it focuses on Qufengchushi,Wenjingsanhan,Huoxuequyu,Qingrejiedu and Huatanlishi,further to act on Fenghanshiretanyu.
